Section Manager - Marwell Wildlife

Marwell Wildlife is a registered charity dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and other natural resources. We run a 140 acre zoological park in the heart of Hampshire which is home to over 250 exotic and endangered species in beautiful, landscaped surroundings.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Section Manager to head a team of keeping staff and a varied animal section of mammals and birds including Mishmi Takin, Pigmy Hippo, Brazilian Tapir, Giant Anteater, Capybara, Grey Kangaroo, Peccary, Humboldt Penguin, Greater Flamingo, Rhea, waterfowl and other bird species.

The successful candidate will therefore need to demonstrate they have the necessary animal and people management skills to lead and develop their team and care for the animals on their section.


Applicants must hold a full drivers licence and the ANC in Management of Zoo Animals or equivalent.
