Operations Expert



The 423ha Oman Botanic Garden is currently under construction in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and is to become one of the world’s leading botanical gardens. We now wish to appoint an Operations Expert for the Senior Management team to develop, organise and carry out the full range of appropriate operation practices and techniques that are required by a world class public attraction. The successful candidate will also manage, further develop and expand the operations team and be responsible for the implementation of efficient operation systems and safe working practices within the garden.

Applicants must have: a diploma higher diploma or degree in operation management, or a similar equivalent; a minimum of 10 years in a large-scale visitor facility; excellent knowledge and extensive practical expertise of operation management; very good inter-personal and proven record of team management skills; proficiency in standard computing software; and able to show initiative in independently solving complex problems with diligence and attention to detail.
