Animal Welfare Technicians (25 hours per week)
Salary: £10,073.75 - £10,701.88 pa
(pro-rata from £16,118.00 - £17,123.00 for FTE)
The continued growth in students wishing to study animal welfare, veterinary nursing and related courses means there has never been a more exciting opportunity to join Moulton College.
We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to work within the purpose built facilities at our Vocational Skills Academy in Silverstone.
The successful applicant will show a keen passion for animals, a desire for continued development as well as the ability to supervise students on commercial experience. The applicant will show flexibility on working hours which will include weekends and public holidays and hold a clean driving licence.
Duties will include all routine tasks required for maintaining the health, care and welfare of a range of companion and exotic animals. In addition you will undertake animal husbandry, environmental enrichment activities, updating and maintaining records and preparing stock and equipment for use in practical classes.
