Wildwood - Animal Keeper/Senior Animal Keeper



Looking after the Wildwood animal collection and conservation projects.
Responsible to the Head Keeper
Salary – £13,000 (+ 9% pension and other benefits)
Senior Keeper up to £15,272 (+ 9% pension and other benefits)
Wildwood Trust is a charity dedicated to the conservation of British Wildlife and running the unique Wildwood Discovery Park.

This role will suit a fit, practical person who can work outdoors during all weathers doing a physically demanding job. 3 years as a zoo keeper would be a notable advantage but all applicants will be considered.

Specifically:
-Care for our collection of British native and once native wildlife
-Build and maintain our natural woodland animal enclosures
-Help educate the public through talks and demonstrations about our animals
- Help our conservation projects to promote wildlife conservation
