APPRENTICE DOMESTIC, EQUINE AND HOOF STOCK KEEPER POSITION

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm has an opening for a domestic, equine and hoof stock animal keeper apprentice.

The position provides a unique learning opportunity in which an apprentice has the chance to work with domestic and hoof stock animals.

The role also includes co-ordinating and supervising volunteers and work experience placements.

The apprenticeship lasts one year and is paid at £100 per week.

Each apprentice is given the opportunity to work towards an NVQ to provide written qualifications, which support the practical learning undertaken.

A normal working week will be 5 days 8am to 5pm with most weekends and bank holidays included.
