Reporting directly to the General Manager you will take on curatorial responsibility for the day to day running of the Animal Department. Contributing to the strategic planning of the Safari Park and animal collection the Head of Animal Operations will be responsible for delivering a great experience in a unique environment for all of our 1 million visitors each year.

You will have a passion for animals, and a passion for putting your colleagues and guests at the heart of everything you do; leading, coaching, inspiring and engaging with your team, creating a positive and productive environment enabling a culture of being better together to flourish.

To be up to the challenge you need to be an experienced, inspirational manager who can make business critical decisions, deliver change, act as a role model for others and consistently generate results.
